Holiday Glass Ornaments :: November 28 Saturday, 1-3 PM
This workshop will be concentrated in how to create colorful glass ornaments. We will be using transparent and opal colors. However, you can use this in any color variation that you want to create your custom holiday tree, wreath, Star of David, icicle....
At the end you will have an adorable glass holiday ornament. In this workshop you will learn how to place the color strips of glass to create texture on your ornament, including the chemistry of glass, firing temperatures and how glass behaves under heat. This is a one day class with pick up of projects at a later date due to firing the glass in the kiln takes 24 hours total.
This workshop is for beginners who have never worked with glass before. Basic glass cutting is required. Sarinda will have all the tools and instructions for you to learn how to cut glass.
Classes are on average 2-3 hours depending on the students interaction.
Small Class SIZE is limited to 12 students.

Class Creation Time
Class time is defined as a structured period that begins at a specified start time and concludes at an end time, allowing for a half-hour on completion period. This layaway time offers students a brief interval to complete their projects and prepare for their departure from the studio. However, if projects are not completed within the last half-hour grace of the designated end time, a fee of $35 will be incurred for each additional half-hour required. This policy ensures that students are encouraged to manage their time effectively while also maintaining the integrity of the class schedule.
