Powders and Stencils :: September 30 Saturday
This workshop we will be using powder glass and stencils to create small plates. When creating your own textures you can make your own stencils with paper or use pre-made artist stencils for your designs.
You will create one small plate or bowl. You will learn how the chemistry of glass, firing temperatures and how glass behaves under heat. This is a one day class with pick up of projects at a later date due to firing the glass in the kiln takes 50 hours total. This workshop is for beginners who have never worked with glass before.
Classes are on average 2-3 hours depending on the students interaction.
Class fee is $97 plus materials fee $40 Total $137.00
Small Class SIZE is limited to 12 students.
