Yes, we will book a private party for you!
All you need is at least 8 to12 friends and the studio is yours. We have the private room that you can book on weekday evenings or weekend for a minimum of 5, max of 10.

I’m excited to arrange a private party just for you!  
  • To get started, all I need is a group of at least 8 to 12 friends, and the studio will be entirely yours. I have a dedicated private room available for booking on weekday evenings or Sundays.
  • Once you secure your reservation, the fun can kick off! Feel free to bring your favorite drinks and snacks; I will provide everything you need to craft your glass piece.  
  • Whether you’re planning a girls’ night out, a corporate team-building event, a special celebration, an office gathering, church group activity, baby or bridal shower, birthday party, school event, fundraiser, or graduation celebration, I can help make it happen!  
  • The fee for a two-hour session ranges from $95.00 to $137.00 per person, with a cap of 12 participants in each class. The price varies based on the specific project you choose.  
  • You can pick from a variety of exciting projects: Jewelry, Ornament Making, Small Glass Plates or Bowls, Night Lights, Drink Stirrers, and many more.  
  • Please reach out to me, Sarinda, in advance to finalize your event and project choice, allowing her sufficient time to organize the party. Keep in mind that Holiday seasons are particularly busy, so early registration is highly encouraged.  
  • The maximum group size we can accommodate is 12.  
  • All the necessary materials will be provided, except for beverages. You’re welcome to bring drinks along with snacks or appetizers.  
  • A credit card is required upon reservation and full payment. This will only be used to secure your booking and your party. Remember, the minimum guest count is 8, with a maximum of 12.​
  • Cancelations Requirements: As soon as you know you are not able to make the workshop please let me know. I am not able to honor refunds at this time. However, We are able to transfer the funds to a future class within six months.
  • As we are reserving a specific time and space for your group, I require a written cancellation notice at least 30 days in advance, which can be sent via email.
  • During a private event, which excludes the public, all attendees must be individually reserved by name before the class. The studio must be booked in advance for a specific group or event, and public walk-ins are not allowed. Please note IN PERSON WORKSHOPS: Signed Waiver exempting Reflective Art Studio and Sarinda Jones from any Liabilities are required to participate Sarinda takes all sanitation requirements strongly.
  • Please note IN PERSON WORKSHOPS: Signed Waiver exempting Reflective Art Studio and Sarinda Jones from any Liabilities are required to participate. Including reading and understanding the "Safety in the the Glass studio' PDF sent at time of registration.
  • Sarinda will travel if you have a larger party and want to host the event at your place of business. Please just inquire with an email.

  • Full Name
  • How many will be attending the glass class. 5-12 Students
  • Any special requirements.
  • Class that you would like to take: Jewelry, Ornament Class, Small Glass Plate or bowl, Night lights, Drink Stirrers. Or ask if there is a specific class you are interested in.

  • Payment is made through a Stripe invoice and can be paid with a debit or credit card.
